Faccio acquisti on line e in negozio quando riesco ad andarci ed è una gioia farsi servire dalle tre ragazze tutte gentilissime e bravissime. Non me ne vogliano le altre ma avendo avuto più spesso a che fare con Cecilia sono in " dovere" di ringraziarla per la sua competenza, disponibilità e tanta pazienza con me! E'la mia profumeria artistica preferita. Il trio della Crisalide e'imbattibile. I have known the Perfumery for more than a year and every time I am very satisfied with how they follow the customers and how they advise without ever forcing the purchase. I shop online and in the store when I manage to go there and it is a joy to be served by the three girls, all very kind and talented. I do not want the others but having had more often to do with Cecilia I am in "duty" to thank her for her competence, availability and a lot of patience with me! It is my favorite artistic perfumery. The Chrysalis trio is unbeatable.

Prodotti scelti accuratamente, personale gentile, spedizioni velocissime (ordinato venerdì, oggi è lunedì ed il pacco è già arrivato!!), con campioncini omaggio e la loro adorabile shopper profumata!! Senza dubbio ricomprerò da loro anche se dove vivo sono accerchiata da profumerie, loro fanno la differenza. Grazie ancora. What about if not all absolutely perfect. In pandemia occorre fare la fila per entrare e poi quando entri forse perché mi avevano allertata "stai attenta alla commessa che ti serve..." così mi dissero, quindi sono entrata con un pochino di pregiudizio. L'accoglienza ahimè è stata più o meno simile a quella di un comune ufficio pubblico o privato di mere pratiche amministrative e credo proprio di essere incappata nella commessa dalla nomea un po'...ma preferisco sospendere il giudizio. Da una profumeria ti aspetteresti altro... eh niente sono uscita senza fare acquisti. Mi sono fatta consolare e coccolare ergo acquistare altrove. Small place in these pandemic times we notice. A parte la vasta proposta di marche presenti nonostante il poco spazio, devo riconoscere la professionalita' e l'alta disponibilita' delle commesse. Delle due consultate oggi, una e' rimasta l'unica presente in negozio e si e' destreggiata con gran maestria per accontentare tutte le persone che continuavano ad arrivare. Mi ha saputa consigliare e ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il negozio e' piccolo ma arredato con gran gusto. Le marche strepitose. Lo consiglio vivamente. Sincere congratulations.
