Però poi fatta.. la seconda anke .ma sono riuscita a farla . alla terza l'ho mandata a quel paese .. Perché continuava a kiamare per spostare poi arrivo all'appuntamento e t dice ke ha la macchina del vapore rotta.. e mi voleva propinare delle sedute di ringiovanimento per il viso.. Se le facesse lei.. Ke è tutta ragrinzita e anke brutta... Cambia continuamente personale.. Pessima... E nemmeno un minimo d professionalità.. Fossi in lei starei a casa a fare la calza .... Avevo da fare 6 lampade già pagate ,mi dicono di tenere io il conto(cosa già poco professionale) e arrivata all'ultima, la titolare mi aggredisce dicendo che me ne sto approfittando e che secondo lei le avevo già finite da un pezzo.....praticamente mi sono sentita dare della ladra per 10 €.....per non parlare di manicure e pedicure con smalto semi permanente che dopo un paio di giorni era già tutto rovinato Absolutely to be avoided !! little professionalism and rudeness. La ragazza che le effettua ha orari da ufficio perchè deve prendere l'autobus, una persona che lavora deve per forza andare entro le 17 oppure il sabato. E' comunque simpatica e brava. La proprietaria è pazza: uscendo mi ha fermato quasi mezz'ora per raccontarmi con tono decisamente alto le sue problematiche con altre clienti (no scusi io avrei da fare esistono gli psicologi per qualcosa). Con tutti i centri estetici che ci sono è facile scartare questo. Bought the three face cleaners on groupon. Personalmente consiglio di provare. I did a series of 4 back massages: the tension and the stress posture (work in the office) accumulated in this area .. Avevo comprato un pacchetto di massaggi su Groupon e sono riuscita, dei tre previsti, a farne solo uno perché continuavano a spostare e a rimandare gli appuntamenti. La proprietaria, la prima ed unica volta che mi ha vista, per convincermi ad acquistare i trattamenti T shape, mi ha praticamente detto che ho la pancia (io sono in peso forma sfortunatamente per lei). Mi dispiace per la ragazza, Perla, che è stata bravissima nell'eseguire il massaggio. Lo SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Bad experience! The owner is an unrivaled villain. Ho ricevuto buoni consigli, mi sono sentita accolta molto bene. Talvolta mi è capitato di attendere alcuni minuti, ma io prendo appuntamenti quando so di avere tempo, perché ovunque può succedere di aspettare. Entrambe completano sempre molto bene i trattamenti e ciò a volte può comportare di far attendere i clienti successivi. Tanta competenza ed esperienza in tutti gli ambiti! Io lo consiglio!! Alla terza volta, me ne sono andato dopo quaranta minuti di attesa, poiché la titolare - senza il minimo gesto di scuse - sosteneva che i suoi clienti avessero la precedenza rispetto a quelli di Groupon. Un'esperienza davvero brutta, ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso del coupon. I bought three face cleaners on Groupon. Twice the owner moved my appointment. L'estetista che si trovava in sede ha dato la colpa del disservizio alla sua collega. Considero tale atteggiamento poco professionale perché non sono nemmeno stato avvisato in anticipo. Mai più.
