Impossibilitato a farmi fare una proposta scopro dopo 2 settimane che il suo socio (fino ad ora inesistente) ha accettato una proposta di chissà chi e lui non era al corrente di nulla. Mi ha telefonato dopo due settimane pensando di poter inventare altre scuse veramente imbarazzante e ridicolo! Non vi affidate a loro! Two weeks spent chasing them to make a proposal. L’ agente immobiliare si è rivelato incapace di portare a termine quanto delineato dall’accordo, non ha fatto altro che temporeggiare utilizzando scuse banali, fornendo, peraltro, sempre informazioni vaghe e inconcludenti. Non consiglio a nessuno di affidarsi a loro se ci tenete a realizzare il vostro sogno di acquistare/vendere casa. Pure incompetence, unprofessional and an unprecedented inexperience. Ho avuto a che fare con uno dei due soci e la poca serietà che ha dimostrato non l'avevo mai vista da nessuna parte. Non risponde al telefono, lo devi pregare per fare una proposta e rimanda gli appuntamenti e le telefonate inventando scuse di basso livello. Non darei MAI E POI MAI una casa da vendere a questa persona. State lontani da questa agenzia!!!!!! If you want to buy a home stay away from this agency! Appena venduto, comincio a telefonare (senza ricevere risposta) e a lasciare messaggi dicendo che ero intenzionato all'acquisto. Dopo due settimane mi risponde l'agente scusandosi che era sempre impegnato e che l'appartamento era ormai venduto. Bad experience. Quindi VI CONSIGLIAMO DI NON PAGARE TUTTO AL PRELIMINARE, anche se è perfettamente legale e legittimo. Abbiamo chiesto misure e informazioni di altro tipo per MESI, prima di sapere qualcosa. Avevamo dato i documenti ad aprile, li hanno prodotti a ottobre all'agenzia dell'entrate e uno era SCADUTO. Secondo voi hanno controllato prima dell'invio? NO. Aggiornamento 04/01/2022 Tra 10 giorni scadono i termini definiti sul preliminare per il rogito e ancora non sappiamo quando sarà. Aggiornamento 21/01/22 A causa del fatto che è stata trasmessa una data sbagliata alla banca dei venditori, i conteggi per l'estinzione del loro mutuo erano errati, quindi la data ultima stabilita dal preliminare è passata e noi ancora stiamo a pietire per semplici sopralluoghi, visto che bisogna mettere la cucina, ridipingere, eccetera.
