★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti all'agenzia per trovare un appartamento in affitto. L'agente immobiliare é stato molto bravo a nascondere i problemi dell'appartamento e indirizzare la nostra attenzione su altro. Una volta entrati ci siamo ritrovati con cappa della cucina, forno, frigorifero, un condizionatore e altre cose non funzionanti. Tranne che per il condizionatore per il quale avevamo chiesto all'agente informazioni e ci ha detto che "forse non funzionava" quando invece era palese che fosse rotto per il resto delle cose abbiamo provato a chiedere alla proprietaria che fossero sistemate, ma ci ha detto che il nostro agente era informato dei problemi e che avevamo accettato l'appartamento nello stato in cui si trovava.
Ho avuto altre esperienze con altre agenzie ma mai ho avuto l'impressione di essere aggirato come in questo caso.
We turned to the agency to find an apartment for rent. The real estate agent was very good at hiding the apartment problems and directing our attention to something else. Once inside we found ourselves with a kitchen hood, oven, refrigerator, air conditioner and other things not working. Except for the air conditioner for which we had asked the agent for information and he told us that "maybe it didn't work" when it was obvious that it was broken for the rest of the things we tried to ask the owner that they were fixed, but she told us that our agent was informed of the problems and that we had accepted the apartment as it was.
I have had other experiences with other agencies but never have I had the impression of being bypassed as in this case.
