Ho acquistato per regalare una centrifuga prima di Natale, mi è stato dato lo scontrino valido come garanzia. La persona che l’ha ricevuto appena l’ha usato ha visto un cortocircuito e quindi si è recata nel negozio per fare il cambio per evidente difetto di fabbrica. I proprietari hanno trattato la mia amica davvero male insinuando che era colpa sua e solo perché ha insistito hanno preso in carico il reso nonostante avessero chiamato il distributore che aveva detto che non c erano problemi. Siamo riusciti ad avere un nuovo prodotto quasi due mesi dopo e comunque con moltissime polemiche e un atteggiamento davvero aggressivo e maleducato, che io avevo già riscontrato con piccoli acquisti quotidiani. Credo che la gentilezza sia alla base delle relazioni quotidiane, se hai un esercizio commerciale anche di più.
