Ho sempre trovato persone gentilissime, ma ieri sono rimasta davvero senza parole: acquistati, fra tutto, circa quaranta litri di vino, essi sono stati messi su un carrello e questo è stato portato in prossimità della scala di ingresso; avendo chiesto un aiuto per portare almeno fuori i colli, avendo io problemi di salute ed essendo sola, mi è stato detto, da un dipendente che, peraltro, non avevo mai visto prima, con fredda cortesia, semplicemente no. Non era mai accaduto, in tanti anni. Pazienza, meno male che a Gavi non è certo l'unico posto dove poter acquistare vino... Sia la visita, che le informazioni che i prodotti sono stati all'altezza della nostra aspettativa. La location è curata nel dettaglio e lo storytelling tra store e sito è molto interessante. La guida è stata molto professionale e molto precisa, ci ha trasmesso la sua passione e tutte le peculiarità per capire la differenza dei prodotti. Sono stato soddisfatto. PS mio padre oramai buon anima si è servito ininterrottamente dal 63 al 76 in questa cantina. Personalmente mi ha fatto una grande impressione entrare da Voi oggi dopo che non vi eronpiu stato dal 1975; vi ho trovato una struttura moderna e due ragazze che come età potrebbero essermi figlie a servire.
