★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai visto tanta incompetenza come in questo ufficio,quasi 3 ore nello sportello per fare un libretto postale,3 appuntamenti per fare una semplice post pay,impiegati maleducati che bestemmiano come se nulla fosse e la cosa piu bella è stata quella di oggi,aggredito verbalmente da persone in fila perche nonostante avessi prenotato dall applicazione il mio turno sono dovuto andare via perché l impiegati non sapevano spiegare che esisteva questo modo di prendere il tiket e mi è stato risposto che dovevo rifare la fila o andare in un altro ufficio perche nn volevano discutere con le persone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le poste italiane potrebbero aggiungere qualche altro ATM per prelevare. È inaccettabile che ci sia solo un ATM per tutta la città e spesse volte ci siano problemi o mancanza di denaro.
The Italian post office could add a few more ATMs to withdraw. It is unacceptable that there is only one ATM for the whole city and often there are problems or lack of money.
