Alla fine dopo quasi un'ora e mezzo stacco perché non si può rimanere attaccati mezza giornata senza ricevere nessuna risposta dall'ufficio sopraindicato….. vergognoso. I ask to be able to speak to the office clerk dealing with complaints, so far so good; 40 minutes have passed since my call and no office operator on line (I called around 12 and later at 13:40). At the end after almost an hour and a half detachment because you can not remain attached for half a day without receiving any response from the above office ... .. shameful.

Il giorno 17/5/21 in tarda mattiinata ho inviato mail con richiesta copie; il 18 l'Ufficio mi ha risposto indicandomi l'importo da corrispondere e le modalità per farlo; nel pomeriggio ho eseguito inviando mail; il giorno 19/5/21 mi sono state inviate via mail le copie ! Late in the morning on 17/5/21 I sent emails with requests for copies; on the 18th the Office replied to me indicating the amount to be paid and how to do it; in the afternoon I ran by sending mail; on 5/19/21 the copies were sent to me by email!
