★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei campi per carità, forse possono migliorare su come si trattano i clienti e come si organizzano i tornei.
Ma soprattutto devono imparare ad essere meno arroganti e presuntuosi.
Dopo esserci iscritti in 4 persone e nelle modalitá richieste (un mese prima del torneo) arriviamo il giorno del torneo e ci vediamo esclusi con la scusante che bisognava iscriversi tramite un messaggio privato... (scusante poco valida in quanto tutti gli iscritti hanno fatto richiesta tramite questo gruppo whatsapp) modalità poco seria a mio parere di iscrizione ad un torneo.
Comunque attenderemo dei nuovi campi per non andare più a giocare alla pro parma padel arena .

After having registered in 4 people and in the requested mode (one month before the tournament) we arrive the day of the tournament and we see ourselves excluded with the excuse that it was necessary to register through a private message ... (excuse little valid because all the members have done request through this whatsapp group) modest way in my opinion of registration to a tournament.
However we will wait for new fields to stop playing the pro parma padel arena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impianti nuovissimi con possibili di noleggiare tutta l'attrezzatura per giocare. Presenza di tre campi, coperti nel periodo invernale. Cordialità dei gestori e tanto divertimento. Su organizzano molto tornei per cui il tutto é stimolante ?
Brand new facilities with the possibility of renting all the equipment to play. Presence of three fields, covered in winter. Friendliness of the managers and lots of fun. On they organize a lot of tournaments so everything is stimulating ?

Accoglienza distaccata e freddina, nessuno che ti indichi un tavolo, servizio mediocre (non ti portano i menù, non ti portano i tovagliolini...), cocktail annacquati (inaccettabile!) e musica troppo alta.
Insetti.
Tipico locale carino in cui il cliente è dato per scontato, anziché essere curato.
Non mi rivedranno.
I'm talking about the bar: scarce.
Detached and cold welcome, no one to point you to a table, mediocre service (they don't bring you menus, they don't bring you napkins ...), watered-down cocktails (unacceptable!) And too loud music.
Insects.
Typical nice place where the customer is taken for granted, rather than being taken care of.
They won't see me again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in the green with swimming pool, tennis, padel and squash. Cocktail bar and small shop. Green car park. Cocktail bar with basic fruit juice, basic beers and some Franciacorta. No special smoothies or vegan recipes.
Unfortunately the Wi-Fi seems to be luxury for this place and it is available only after long registration on place. Tech devices can not be charged anywhere. You have to bring your own batteries and the manager obliges you to immediately have your drink only to sit down 10 minutes. A bit disapponting, as it aims to be the highest private spot club in Parma.

Big parking area. Great exposition to sun. Nice cocktail bar with essential white wines (Franciacorta selection) and main spirits.
Small tennis shop inside the area.
