D	Davide C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervento per mia Moglie, tutto alla perfezione, personale esageratamente fantastico, sono stati tutti disponibili e premurosi per ogni tipo di necessità.....molto cordiali, divertenti e scrupolosi nel fare sentire a proprio agio i pazienti e nel mio caso gli accompagnatori, ma soprattutto capiscono i disagi, paure e ansie del paziente e cercano in tutti i modi di stargli vicino per rassicurarlo in modo scherzoso e molto amorevole...a livello di chirurgia nulla da dire....ci siamo affidati all'esperienza del Dott. Venturi....."UNA GARANZIA"......insomma tutto è andato bene e consiglio la clinica per avere la massima efficienza e tranquillità per i vostri ricoveri. Grazie a tutto lo staff... Papà diceva sempre questi ragazzi non sono infermieri ma sono i miei angeli. Devo ringraziare tutto il personale medico, sempre disponibile, competente e di una gentilezza unica. Ringrazio anche tutto il personale infermieristico che non mi ha mai fatta sentire sola... Uno più gentile dell'altro, non ricordo tutti i nomi ma mai potrei dimenticare Mariella la Caposala, Anna, Pietro e la mia Lorena che mi ha sostenuta fino all ingresso della sala operatoria stringendomi la mano... Vi porterò sempre nel cuore... Mai visto un personale così gentile e preparato! E ovviamente un ringraziamento speciale al mio chirurgo di fiducia, Norberto Venturi e il medico anestesista Dott. Tecnicamente inaffidabili, é pericoloso mettere la propria salute in mano a questo laboratorio, io ho avuto esiti SBAGLIATI da indagini che ho dovuto ripetere e RIPAGARE altrove. Per non parlare dell'accoglienza per compilare il foglio covid: file lunghissime coi vecchietti che aspettano fuori in piedi e la Signorina che compila i questionari sembra non accorgersene, vista la lentezza estenuante. Auguro al direttore sanitario, quando sará vulnerabile, della struttura di vivere sulla propria pelle i disagi che il suo team impone tutti i giorni a persone malate. Operatori molto disponibili,simpatici,cortesi e professionali. Un ottimo punto di riferimento. Sono felice di aver scelto la struttura per questo intervento così delicato. C	Christina Messore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo complimentarmi con la Casa di Cura Sant’Anna per il suo Reparto Hospice, perché nei confronti dei loro pazienti dimostrano ogni giorno un servizio lodevole e ammirevole, che io ho provato in prima persona con mio padre di 94 anni , in cura domiciliare da 1 anno e mezzo e nelle ultime settimane in clinica ricoverato. Non hanno mai trascurato nessun dettaglio nei suoi confronti. In particolare vorrei citare per la loro bravura e massima disponibilità nei confronti di mio padre, la dott.ssa Di Vozzo Nadia e l’infermiera Spennato Vittoria, le quali (anche negli orari fuori dal servizio) hanno dimostrato un interessamento e professionalità fuori dal comune che mai mi sarei aspettata, dimostrando che il reparto Hospice si prende cura dei loro pazienti al massimo del possibile che un servizio sanitario possa offrire. Anche se il dottore ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, il servizio è stato orribile, quindi darò il voto più basso possibile. 1. Nessuno in reparto che assista i pazienti in caso di emergenza in stanza. 2. Le stanze sono fredde e la pulizia scarsa. Sono state utilizzate le coperte del paziente precedente. 3. Personale scortese. It was probably the worst experience !!! Even though the doctor did a great job the service was awful so I'll give it the lowest possible grade. 1. No one on the ward to assist patients in an emergency in the room. 2. The rooms are cold and the cleaning is poor. The blankets of the previous patient were used. 3. Rude staff.
