★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco organizzati. Ho dovuto telefonare 3 volte per prendere un appuntamento, perchè la centralinista mi diceva sempre che fra un po' mi avrebbe richiamato senza che questo accadesse. Preso l'appuntamento per le 9 di mattina, alle 10 stavo ancora ad aspettare, poi ho rinunciato perchè non avevo ulteriore tempo da perdere.
Little organized. I had to call 3 times to make an appointment, because the receptionist always told me that in a little while she would call me back without this happening. Having made an appointment for 9am, I was still waiting at 10am, then I gave up because I had no time to waste.
