★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante questa pandemia e i conseguenti periodi di lockdown ho accusato dei disturbi al tratto cervicale che mi stavano, gradatamente, portando alla inattività totale. La mattina, soprattutto, dopo la stasi notturna, non riuscivo ad alzarmi dal letto agevolmente e faticavo a prendere possesso del mio corpo. Cercando sulla rete ho trovato il centro 'privatassistenza' di Trevignano Romano che ha, tra i tanti servizi, anche il fisioterapista a domicilio. Ho chiamato e parlato con il titolare dott. Giovanni Cocuzza che nella indubbia professionalità mi ha illustrato possibili piani di terapia dopo una accorta visita del fisioterapista. Oggi ho riacquistato la mia mobilità e dico grazie a 'privatassistenza' di Trevignano Romano e la cortesia del suo staff. Consiglio sicuramente questo centro
During this pandemic and the consequent lockdown periods I accused of cervical tract disorders that were gradually leading to total inactivity. Especially in the morning, after the sleepless night, I could not get out of bed easily and I struggled to take possession of my body. Searching on the net I found the 'private assistance' center of Trevignano Romano which has, among many services, also a home physiotherapist. I called and spoke with the owner dr. Giovanni Cocuzza who in undoubted professionalism showed me possible therapy plans after a careful visit to the physiotherapist. Today I regained my mobility and I say thanks to the 'private assistance' of Trevignano Romano and the courtesy of his staff. I definitely recommend this center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente utilizzato i servizi di Privataassistenza di Bracciano per trovare un'assistente domiciliare. Desidero elogiare il centro per le ottime prestazioni, per la professionalita' e per la cortesia del personale.
Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che sia stata effettuata una valutazione personalizzata per accertare le esigenze di mia madre sia sul piano fisico che mentale. Telefonate e email hanno sempre ricevuto risposte tempestive; la cortesia e le spiegazioni dettagliate mi hanno tranquillizzata. L'assistente domiciliare che e' stata selezionata dal centro era estremamente competente e qualificata.
Un grazie particolare al Dott. Cocuzza per tutto il suo aiuto e la disponibilità'.
I recently used the private assistance services of Bracciano to find a home assistant. I would like to commend the center for the excellent performance, professionalism and courtesy of the staff.
I particularly appreciated the fact that a personalized assessment was carried out to ascertain my mother's needs both physically and mentally. Phone calls and emails have always received timely replies; the courtesy and detailed explanations reassured me. The home assistant who was selected by the center was extremely competent and qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo con me una mamma di 93 anni, con problemi di cuore e con tutte le necessità che questo comporta, l'apertura di un centro di Privatassistenza a Trevignano Romano ha rappresentato per me e per la mia famiglia una vera "manna dal cielo".
Ho trovato nel Dott. Giovanni Cocuzza, che dirige il centro, una persona speciale, di grande professionalità, disponibilità ed empatia e mi ha aiutata a risolvere in modo eccellente ogni problema che gli abbia sottoposto in questi mesi ed è diventato per me un punto di riferimento imprescindibile.

Having a 93-year-old mother with me, with heart problems and with all the needs that this entails, the opening of a private assistance center in Trevignano Romano represented a real "godsend" for me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto il centro “Privatassistenza” di Trevignano Romano quando decisi di cercare una persona qualificata che potesse seguire mio figlio in un percorso di assistenza giornaliera. Mio figlio, qualche anno addietro, ebbe un ictus molto grave che, purtroppo, non gli ha più permesso di poter proseguire con la normalità della sua vita. Proprio per questo è seguito da vari specialisti come il fisioterapista e la logopedista per alcune ore e alcuni giorni della settimana. Per poter dare continuità al lavoro del fisioterapista e della logopedista, avevo bisogno di un’operatrice che venisse tutti i giorni per un paio d’ore al giorno, per stimolare l’attività linguistica e motoria di mio figlio. Tramite un’amica conobbi il centro “Privatassistenza” di Trevignano Romano e il suo titolare, il Dott. Giovanni Cocuzza. L’approccio è stato subito molto professionale ma, al contempo, empatico e sensibile alla problematica. Insieme a Giovanni discutemmo delle esigenze di Payam, mio figlio, e stilammo insieme un piano di attività che sarebbe stato portato avanti da una sua Operatrice Socio Sanitaria. Giovanni ci segue ormai da sei mesi e sono più che soddisfatta del suo operato e delle sue collaboratrici, persone molto competenti, sensibili e attente. Se dovessi consigliare a qualche amico o amica per un bisogno assistenziale di varia natura, non avrei dubbi a consigliare il centro “Privatassistenza” di Trevignano Romano.
I met the “Privatassistenza” center in Trevignano Romano when I decided to look for a qualified person who could follow my son on a daily assistance path. A few years ago my son had a very serious stroke which, unfortunately, no longer allowed him to continue with the normality of his life. Precisely for this reason he is followed by various specialists such as the physiotherapist and the speech therapist for a few hours and a few days of the week. In order to give continuity to the work of the physiotherapist and speech therapist, I needed an operator who came every day for a couple of hours a day, to stimulate my son's linguistic and motor activity. Through a friend, I met the "Privatassistenza" center in Trevignano Romano and its owner, Dr. Giovanni Cocuzza. The approach was immediately very professional but, at the same time, empathetic and sensitive to the problem. Together with Giovanni we discussed the needs of Payam, my son, and together we drew up an activity plan that would be carried out by one of his social health workers. Giovanni has been following us for six months now and I am more than satisfied with his work and his collaborators, very competent, sensitive and attentive people. If I had to recommend to some friend for a different kind of assistance need, I would have no doubts in recommending the “Privatassistenza” center in Trevignano Romano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a Privata Assistenza di Trevignano ad agosto per un problema familiare improvviso che richiedeva un'assistenza a domicilio. Praticamente un'emergenza. Malgrado il mese un po' critico, il responsabile, il sig. Cocuzza ha ascoltato le nostre esigenze e ci ha proposto un piano assistenza che ci ha risolto non pochi problemi. Ho trovato pianificazioni chiare e precise e soprattutto una grande elasticità nella gestione dei problemi che volta per volta ci trovavamo ad affrontare. MI sento di segnalare positivamente a chi ha problemi come quelli che purtroppo abbiamo avuto noi, questa struttura.
We turned to Private Assistance in Trevignano in August for a sudden family problem that required home assistance. Basically an emergency. Despite the somewhat critical month, the manager, Mr. Cocuzza listened to our needs and proposed an assistance plan that solved many problems. I found clear and precise planning and above all a great flexibility in the management of the problems that we had to face from time to time.
