★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto bisogno di loro dopo che hanno dimesso un nostro caro dall'ospedale. Eravamo preoccupati perchè non sapevamo come gestirlo. Ci hanno attivato il servizio di assistenza domiciliare nel giro di un paio d'ore! Fantastici (non ci credevo fino a quando è arrivata l'operatrice.)
La persona che ci hanno mandata era qualificata (OSS) ed è stata professionale, sempre puntuale e educatissima. Mai avrei immaginato di trovare un servizio così: un aiuto davvero fondamentale nel momento in cui hai bisogno. Un enorme grazie a tutti loro.

We needed them after they released a loved one from the hospital. We were worried because we didn't know how to handle it. They activated the home assistance service within a couple of hours! Fantastic (I didn't believe it until the operator showed up.)
The person who sent us was qualified (OSS) and was professional, always punctual and very polite. I never imagined I would find such a service: a truly fundamental help when you need it. A huge thank you to all of them.

Con molta delicatezza e sensibilità compiono tutto il loro lavoro sulla persona che purtroppo non è in grado di fare nulla da sola.
Dallo sguardo di mia mamma, che non è in grado di parlare, traspare molta tranquillità.
