A	Arm Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da oltre 30 anni uso stampanti HP, più volte mi hanno consigliato l'utilizzo delle cartucce universali, sapendo che l'inchiostro HP è un brevetto della casa madre che nessuno ha la formula, evito l'acquisto di altro materiale. Le poche volte che mi sono lasciato convincere ho avuto sempre problemi. Ho spiegato sin dall'inizio al personale di questo negozio ma pur di vendere mi hanno garantito il prodotto. A distanza di 11 mesi (cartuccia poco usata come usavo poco e a distanza di anche 2 anni le cartucce HP), risulta che l'inchiostro si è "seccato" e che è quindi "normale". Facendo presente che non è affatto normale per una cartuccia originale HP, il responsabile ostinato più che mai non ha voluto ammettere che le universali non sono come le originali (almeno quelle con marca HP) . Si trovano nei negozi cartucce imballate con scadenza 2008 (8 anni ferme) e si vendono e utilizzano senza alcun problema. Ma di questo il responsabile non ha voluto nemmeno verificare perché l'ignoranza e l'ostinazione sono due gravi "malattie" che certe persone non vogliono "curare".
