★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate attenzione all'acquisto di cartucce simili e non originali. Quando telefonate per chiedere i prezzi fateveli confermare via mail assieme al codice della Vostra stampante. Questo per evitare brutte sorprese in quanto mi è successo c he mi hanno dato cartucce sbagliate e poi alla fine ho dovuto pagare un supplemento che mi ha portato il costo sopra a quelle originali.
Pay attention to the purchase of similar and non-original cartridges. When you call to ask for prices, you should have them confirmed by email together with your printer's code. This is to avoid disappointment as it happened to me c he gave me the wrong cartridges and then at the end I had to pay a supplement that has brought me the cost over the original.

I went to the shop with my printer details. They sold me the cartridge which was not compatible with my printer and when I returned to the shop, the lady with a lot of arrogance and zero professionalism for customer service refuses to return.
