Bad experience .. The shop assistant was rude and bullying .. Instead of listening to my questions, he would interrupt me continuously or speak over me in a loud voice .. I was a new customer .. Now I will no longer be a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Ho chiesto assistenza visto che il negozio si pone anche come riparazione stampanti. Ho sperimentato un servizio poco professionale che cercava unicamente di far presente la poca convenienza di una riparazione. Dopo una settimana mi dicono che non hanno trovato alcuna soluzione e non posso fare altro che ritirare la mia stampante pagando i dieci euro concordati e trovandomi di nuovo con la stampante non funzionante e senza diagnosi alcuna dell'errore. La stampante non è stata aperta ma (presumo) controllata esteriormente.
La stessa macchina è stata poi consegnata ad un altro negozio che si poneva pure come riparatore di stampanti che ha individuato immediatamente il problema (usura del magnete che opera la trazione della carta) e con 25 euro l'ha risolto. Sconsiglio l'approccio.
Bad experience. I asked for assistance since the shop also acts as a printer repair. I experienced an unprofessional service that only tried to point out the lack of convenience of a repair. After a week they tell me that they have not found any solution and I can not help but collect my printer by paying the agreed ten euros and finding myself again with the printer not working and without any diagnosis of the error. The printer was not opened but (I assume) checked outwardly.
The same machine was then delivered to another shop that also acted as a printer repairer who immediately identified the problem (wear of the magnet that pulls the paper) and solved it with 25 euros. I do not recommend the approach.
