Io le ho mangiate sono ottime ma non sono d'oro! Yes ok .... everything is fine ... the hens are happy they roam free in a vast territory .... but they make the most expensive eggs of Northern Italy. I ate them, they are excellent but they are not golden!
e	elena seregni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uova fresche (ma lesi trovano anche altrove) ma carissime: impensabile che ti venga detto che un uovo costa 0,80 € perché devi pagare la confezione.....le uova fresche e buone (oltre che quelle delle galline cilene) si trovano senza problemi a 0,35 €. Ladri. Fresh eggs (but also found elsewhere) but very expensive: unthinkable that you are told that an egg costs € 0.80 because you have to pay for the package ..... fresh and good eggs (as well as those of Chilean hens) are found without problems for € 0.35. Posto incantevole. Vicino a Milano soprattutto dalla zona est se volete mangiare un prodotto sano e nutriente andate a trovarli o chiamateli x le liro uova ma nkn solo. Instagram e Facebook x curiosare. Happy hens healthy hens eggs with a capital U. A truly organic farm. With much respect for animals and nature. Very kind people. Lovely place. Near Milan, especially from the east, if you want to eat a healthy and nutritious product go and visit them or call them x liro uova but nkn solo. Instagram and Facebook to browse.

La serietà della azienda si riconosce visitandola, galline trattate così bene non possono che dare uova super. Le uova sono ottime, costano un po' ma secondo me, ne vale davvero la pena! Hanno completamente un altro gusto rispetto alle "tradizionali". Ora invece non riusciamo più a mangiare quelle del supermercato, la differenza è sostanziale. I signori hanno un grande rispetto delle loro galline. Essendo però una golosa di carbonara mi è venuta voglia di provare delle uova che facessero la differenza, ammesso e concesso che ci fossero...beh posso solo dire che dopo aver provato le uova di Principe Di Fino mi si è semplicemente aperto un mondo sulla qualità eccelsa che possono offrire certi prodotti 'banali' come le uova. Li ho usati per la carbonara e non riesco a descrivere la consistenza, la cremosita' e il sapore! Avrei potuto non aggiungere nemmeno il formaggio tanto era già buono così. Che dire? Produrre cose di altissima qualità ha ovviamente un costo ma la differenza è abissale. Personalmente mai più senza! I admit that until the discovery of Principe Di Fino, my experience with eggs was quite basic (the common one in the supermarket). However, being a greedy carbonara, I made me want to try some eggs that made the difference, if there were any ... well I can only say that after trying Principe Di Fino eggs, a world opened up to me about excellent quality that certain 'banal' products such as eggs can offer. I used them for the carbonara and I can't describe the texture, the creaminess and the flavor! I could have not even added the cheese as it was already so good. What to say? Producing things of the highest quality obviously has a cost but the difference is huge. Personally never again without!

Ho visitato diverse volte la Principe di Fino ed ogni volta ho riscontrato come le galline scorrazzino libere in ettari di terreno con a disposizione alberi da frutto di ogni genere da cui nutrirsi stagionalmente. Il personale è sempre gentilissimo e la proprietaria Diana una persona fantastica e innamorata del suo lavoro. A tutto ciò aggiungo che il sapore e la freschezza di queste uova non hanno eguali sul mercato. Ormai compro solo uova Principe di Fino. One of the best farms ever visited! Truly the place of happy hens and an incredible cleanliness of the environments. I have visited the Principe di Fino several times and each time I have found how the hens roam free in hectares of land with fruit trees of all kinds available from which to feed seasonally. The staff is always very kind and the owner Diana is a fantastic person in love with her job. To all this I add that the flavor and freshness of these eggs are unmatched on the market. Now I only buy Principe di Fino eggs.
