Ho portato un anello di Pomellato a sistemare: dovevano semplicemente reinserire la pietra centrale che si era staccata, ed avevo loro consegnato sia l'anello che la pietra. Me l'hanno restituito completamente rovinato,nel senso che lo hanno ritoccato facendo diventare le pietre originali di un altro colore, tanto che non corrisponde più al modello originale Pomellato. Alle mie immediate rimostranze ed alla richiesta di un risarcimento, anche parziale, del danno subito, mi é stato risposto con un NETTO RIFIUTO e ciò anche se sono cliente di Prina da molto tempo ed ho sempre acquistato molti articoli da loro. Ho addirittura incaricato un legale di inviare una lettera per quando accaduto, ma NON HANNO NEPPURE DATO RISCONTRO IMMEDIATIATO ALL' AVVOCATO, dimostrando di essere anche maleducati. Sinceramente sono rimasta molto male; naturalmente hanno perso una buona cliente e li considero SCORRETTI SIA UMANAMENTE SIA COMMERCIALMENTE. Fabiana Rigamonti Unfortunately, I must report questionable commercial behavior on the part of Goldsmith Prina towards me. I brought a Pomellato ring to fix: they simply had to reinsert the central stone that had detached, and I had given them both the ring and the stone. They returned it to me completely ruined, in the sense that they retouched it by making the original stones of another color, so much so that it no longer corresponds to the original Pomellato model. To my immediate grievances and to the request for compensation, even partial, for the damage suffered, I was answered with a NET REFUSAL and this even though I have been a customer of Prina for a long time and I have always purchased many items from them. I even hired a lawyer to send a letter as to when it happened, but THEY DID NOT GIVE IMMEDIATE REPLY TO THE LAWYER, proving they were also rude. Honestly, I was very upset; naturally they have lost a good customer and I consider them HUMAN AND COMMERCIALLY INCORRECT. Fabiana Rigamonti

Riportata in negozio, mi è stato detto che la riparazione ha indebolito la collana per cui non si prendono la responsabilità e perciò dovrò pagare ancora una volta praticamente la stessa riparazione. Ho chiesto anche di stringermi un cinturino metallico di un orologio, non comprato da loro, e mi hanno fatto pagare 10€ per un lavoro da 1 minuto e sono dovuto tornare il giorno dopo per il ritiro. Non lo consiglio proprio. I haven't had a good experience. I had a gold necklace repaired and shortly after it broke in pretty much the same spot. Brought back to the shop, I was told that the repair has weakened the necklace for which they are not taking responsibility and therefore I will have to pay practically the same repair again. I also asked to tighten a metal watch strap, not bought by them, and they charged me € 10 for a 1 minute job and I had to come back the next day for pickup. I really don't recommend it.
