★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cercato una macelleria braceria a Gravina in Puglia e tra le tante ho scelto Primo Taglio per le sue recensioni positive. Ho trovato veramente ciò che era già stato scritto su questa attività e confermo appieno il tutto quindi venire fin qui da Barletta ,è valsa la pena. Ma una cosa devo aggiungere ,la pulizia del locale in generale è stata ineccepibile, pertanto come recensore consiglio indiscutibilmente questo locale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non sono una che preferisce ordinare la carne quando mangia fuori, ma non si possono non prendere le bombette in Puglia e in questa macelleria le ho trovate ottime! abbiamo prenotato e non abbiamo aspettato per sederci, prima però abbiamo scelto la carne, la vetrina era ben fornita con bombette di vari gusti, salsicce e altro (mi dispiace per la foto che ho fatto, non rende giustizia) .
Abbiamo ordinato una tagliata rucola e scaglie, bombette varie, salsicce, questo rotolo di carne con pancetta provola e pistacchio e dei funghi per contorno che non ho fotografato. il conto era giusto, consiglio!
I'm not someone who prefers to order meat when eating out, but you can't help but get the bowler hats in Puglia and in this butcher's shop I found them excellent! we booked and didn't wait to sit down, but first we chose the meat, the showcase was well stocked with bowls of various flavors, sausages and more (sorry for the photo I took, it doesn't do it justice).
We ordered a sliced rocket and flakes, various bomblets, sausages, this roll of meat with bacon, provola and pistachio and some mushrooms for a side dish that I didn't photograph. the bill was right, I recommend!
