Tutto squisitamente buono ed il proprietario è di una generosità e simpatia paurosa. I camerieri molto gentili educati e soprattutto veloci. Pietanze calde e pesce fresco di giornata. F	Franco Macri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amici dopo il rientro dalle brevi ferie, divertenti e bellissime, ho trovato il tempo per scrivere queste note per la piacevole sosta al Primo Fiore di Bovalino Marina. La Calabria è una terra mistica, mare colline montagne circondano il nostro sguardo, molti paesini ognuno unico ed irripetibile per storia e tradizioni. Bovalino nel mare Ionio reggino è uno di questi, il lungomare la ferrovia i vicoli, sullo sfondo le pendici Aspromontane, valgono una sosta. Attesi al ristorante con una prenotazione, ci riservano un tavolo in fondo alla sala, tranquillo e ben apparecchiato, tovaglie e posate fanno già capire il livello di questo posto. Il cameriere ci fornisce il menu dal quale scegliamo due antipasti di mare, due primi piatti a base di paccheri, e due fritture di pesce il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco. Una cucina ottima mi soffermo solo sui paccheri, all"assaggio cotti al dente e con il profumo del mare, il resto è addirittura superiore alle mie aspettative, una grande eccellenza nella cucina del nostro Sud. Calabria is a mystical land, sea hills mountains surround our gaze, many villages each unique and unrepeatable for history and traditions. Bovalino in the Ionian sea of Reggio is one of these, the seafront, the railway, the alleys, in the background the Aspromontane slopes, are worth a stop. Waiting at the restaurant with a reservation, they reserve us a table at the back of the room, quiet and well set, tablecloths and cutlery already make us understand the level of this place. The waiter gives us the menu from which we choose two seafood appetizers, two first courses based on paccheri, and two fried fish, all accompanied by a good white wine. An excellent cuisine I dwell only on paccheri, cooked al dente and with the scent of the sea, the rest is even higher than my expectations, a great excellence in the cuisine of our South.
