★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trascorso la serata di Ferragosto presso la villa Nobel di Sanremo, nella quale Prime Quality ha organizzato una cena ed un dj set.
Il menu era composto da tris di antipasti, Ravioli di pesce e branzino come secondo.
Il tris di antipasti era qualcosa di imbarazzante. Piattino con 3 fette di pesce presentati malissimo e coperti da insalata di bassa qualità.
Sui ravioli nulla da dire, mentre il branzino ha toccato il fondo. Su una tavolata di 18 persone esattamente 18 branzini sono arrivati crudi, immangabili!
Dopo aver fatto notare ai camerieri il problema, ci aspettavamo un nuovo piatto che non è mai arrivato.
Costo della scarsissima cena 49€ a testa e nessun tentativo di abbonarci qualcosa dato che nessuno di noi ha mangiato il secondo (in teoria il piatto più costoso).
Da loro non farei organizzare nemmeno una festicciola in giardino.
 I spent the evening of August at the Nobel villa in Sanremo, where Prime Quality organized a dinner and a DJ set.
The menu consisted of trio of appetizers, fish ravioli and sea bass as a main course.
The trio of appetizers was something embarrassing. Saucer with 3 slices of fish presented very badly and covered with low quality salad.
Nothing to say about the ravioli, while the sea bass has hit rock bottom. On a table of 18 people exactly 18 sea bass arrived raw, inedible!
After pointing out the problem to the waiters, we were expecting a new dish that never came.
Cost of the very low dinner € 49 each and no attempt to subscribe something as none of us ate the second (in theory the most expensive dish).
I wouldn't have them organize even a little party in the garden.
