Mi spiego: anni fa feci una visita preliminare [pagata quasi il doppio rispetto alla media], mi fecero passare da un macchinario all' altro per un oretta e alla fine una Dottoressa leggendo i referti mi disse "lei è idoneo alla i-lasik". Benissimo, ora il problema è la completa assenza di spiegazioni: nessun che mi abbia parlato di cosa significa spessore di una cornea, differenza tra i-lasik e PRK, i pro e i contro , ecc [tutto quello che dei professionisti dovrebbero fare] infine con un costo della i-lasik sopra la media. Ovviamente sono andato ad operarmi, per fortuna, da un altra parte. Nota positiva: struttura moderna ed all'avanguardia. Poi i pazienti vengono accolti e accompagnati dal personale infermieristico. Ottima esperienza per il mio intervento di cataratta eseguito dal bravissimo Professor Spadea Excellent eye center. Avete una sala inutilizzata al piano terra che potreste benissimo utilizzare per ricevimento parenti ma è preferibile fregarsene. Paragonarsi con le altre strutture vuol dire solo non puntare al meglio ma adeguarsi alla mediocrità. Lui mi ha proposto un intervento Femtolasik. Mi sono fidata. L'intervento è stato eseguito in una clinica di Roma con macchinari all'avanguardia "Prima vista eye clinic". Dopo 5 giorni dall'intervento ho già recuperato quello che avevo perso, sono felicissima, ringrazio il Dottor Menicacci e l'equipe di sala, professionali e gentili. Esperienza positivissima. Il problema che non abbiamo avuto alcuna informativa dal personale che diceva solo che il medico era in arrivo....l'accompagnatore non può entrare e deve stare in giardino insieme al personale medico che fuma indossando i calzari con cui, presumo, entri poi in zona asettica. Solo per cronaca. Ribadisco quanto visto : - personale medico in giardino con i calzari da percorso asettico Ribadisco quanto sentito : - il dottore stà arrivando per circa 3 ore di seguito. Che dire..complimenti a tutto lo staff e specialmente alla cortesia e gentilezza delle ragazze in segreteria!! I underwent an operation at Primavista a short time ago for a PRK surgery with EXCELLENT results! Una stella per loro, 5 stelle per la struttura ed il personale medico. Fantastic medical staff, all very good !!! Too bad for the girls at the reception who do not have the slightest sensitivity towards patients. Hasty and rude! One star for them, 5 stars for the facility and medical staff.
