★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata trattata malissimo, personale segreteria e collaboratori scortesi,e non solo avevo chiesto solo se potevo iscrivere mio figlio all asilo, una domanda cosi semplice ed educata. La gente non si tratta cosi.
I was treated very badly, secretarial staff and collaborators rude, and not only had I only asked if I could enroll my son in kindergarten, such a simple and polite question. People are not treated like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata in segreteria chiedendo la possibilità di spostare mia figlia in un'altra sezione, la Signora che mi ha ricevuta è stata molto sgarbata nei miei confronti nel momento in cui mi ha chiesto quale fosse il motivo, ho spiegato le miei motivazioni senpre con toni calmi, ma la stessa, evidentemente contrariata dalle mie parole,ha cominciato a essere maleducata nei miei confronti. Essendo una persona a contatto con il "pubblico" penso debba avere un atteggiamento diverso. Sono molto risentita per come sono stata trattata!
