Mia moglie, molto precisa, aveva visto un paio di scarpe lucide che gli piacevano ma avevano della colla rimasta sul tacco e vari aloni sulla superficie lucida delle scarpe presenti fin dall' uscita dalla fabbrica. Le commesse si sono fatte in quattro per cercare di pulirle nell' immediato, ma dato che non era rapidamente fattibile, hanno proposto di farlo nei giorni successivi, telefonandoci appena le scarpe fossero state sistemate.
