★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté pour 200 € d'articles , à ce moment là le vendeur responsable était souriant et m'a vite encaissé. Le lendemain, lorsque j'ai voulu échangé un article , ce même vendeur est devenu odieux, impoli et très agressif, m'envoyant balader . 25 ans que je passe mes vacances à San Benedetto del tronto et je n'ai jamais eu affaire à un commerçant aussi irrespectueux et désagréable . Ce genre de personnage qui n'est pas de la région sali le savoir et l'art du commerce de cette magnifique ville. Quel dommage !
I bought 200 € of articles, at that moment the responsible salesman was smiling and quickly cashed me. The next day, when I wanted to exchange an item, this same seller became obnoxious, rude and very aggressive, sending me for a walk. I have been vacationing in San Benedetto del Tronto for 25 years and I have never dealt with such a disrespectful and rude trader. This kind of character who is not from the region soiled the knowledge and the art of commerce of this magnificent city. What a pity !

Entro, provo due paia di scarpe ma capisco che non fanno al caso mio. Il commesso come stizzito di aver perso tempo con me al mio "grazie comunque per la sua disponibilità" fa per non rispondermi neanche. Peccato perché come negozio sembra ben fornito ma la cortesia non sembra essere il suo biglietto da visita.
Rude staff.
I enter, I try on two pairs of shoes but I understand that they are not for me. The clerk, as if annoyed at having wasted time with me to my "thanks anyway for your availability" does not even answer me. Too bad because as a shop it seems well stocked but courtesy does not seem to be its calling card.
