Commesse con l'orologio in mano a controllare che ci sbrigassimo, visto che erano le 20,45... Entriamo in due coppie, con relativi neonati al seguito. La mia compagna sceglie subito il paio (2 minuti effettivi, non i soliti 20 minuti, tipici delle donne intente a far shopping), le prova da sola, chiede alla commessa il numero più piccolo, lo prova, dice ok, va bene, lo paga... E fin qui tutto ok... Ci pensa un attimo e io le dico, perché non ti prendi un altro paio, dato che ti piacciono?!? Mi giro verso la commessa che resta vicino alla cassa, chiedo se fosse possibile provare l'altro paio e lei indicando la serranda che si abbassava dice: "la mia collega sta già chiudendo"; al che, alziamo letteralmente i tacchi, e andiamo via, tra l'altro chinandoci per passare sotto la serranda abbassata... Se questo è modo di trattare il cliente... Perso sicuramente un'ulteriore vendita, e persi due clienti, perché nessuno penserà più di metterci piede...
