G	Giuseppe Lorusso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero cliente di Primadonna da molti anni e andavo all'outlet,che prima era sito in viale Unità d'Italia a Bari,dove c'era un signore molto professionale.Oggi mi sono recato nella nuova sede all'Auchan a Modugno e ho notato subito gli sguardi negativi delle commesse finché una di loro mi si è rivolta alle mie spalle con un brutto tono chiedendomi se avessi bisogno : sembrava che si stesse rivolgendo ad un criminale.Non andrò piu'.Veramente scortese la commessa. Con un comportamento del genere la clientela scappa e non torna più. I was a customer of Primadonna for many years and I went to the outlet, which was previously located in Viale Unità d'Italia in Bari, where there was a very professional gentleman. Today I went to the new headquarters at the Auchan in Modugno and I noticed immediately the negative looks of the orders until one of them turned to me behind me with a bad tone asking me if I needed: it seemed that he was addressing a criminal. I will not go anymore. Really rude the clerk. With such behavior, customers run away and never come back.

Fa un po riflettere la parcondicio per il reparto maschile....piccolo,povero,messo li quasi per pietà...dato che gli uomini "devono" stare in attesa mentre le proprie donne si perdono nell'intero reparto,tanto vale curare meglio il reparto maschile...non si sa mai scappa un acquisto... Vai 4gg dopo a fare il cambio e ti rispondono pikke. Un paio di scarpe acquistate col 30% di sconto cambiate per un difetto di fabbrica che aveva la scarpa ho dovuto fare il cambio con un altro modello xkè non presente a negozio un altro paio dello stesso numero e non mi hanno voluto applicare lo stesso sconto. C'erano almeno 4 comesse domenica 5 maggio c.a. intorno alle 19.00.Nessuna di loro si è resa utile, anzi, la biondina coi capelli lunghi lisci mi ha invitata a non fotografare senza però sapermi giustificare la motivazione. Qui la maleducazione regna sovrana. Non tornerò mai più! The store would not be so bad if they first answered my evening when I entered.
