★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lounge is not the best lounge. The food was very bland and it takes forever to get your food. The espresso was okay. The margarita pizza was very very bland. The Plaza Premium lounge is supposed to be way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lounge was quite empty over noon time. Fast access, clean area and also clean toilets. Not the best seating arrangement. There were 3 options for warm food. Pizza margherita and pasta with bolognese or basil pesto. All reheated in microvawe oven, served by staff members with plastic cutlery. Taste was mediocre. We also had good white wine, cold cappuccino and some small snacks. There was beer available and all sorts of soft drinks.
Certainly not the best experience, let alone "premium", if had to pay for the entrance, I'd be diassapointed and probably would be better off going to some of the airport restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be a line at the door quite often. It's not because of the amount of people but because of how long it takes to check-in. Other lounges are much quicker. The food is not even worthy of giving to my dog. The eggs lack taste and are very watery (see the picture I provided). The potatoes taste old. The eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes all get reheated in the microwave. I had high hopes for the coffee considering Italy is known for coffee but it was burnt. There were coffee grounds on the inside walls of my cup before I even touched it. It is really pathetic that so many people have issues with this lounge and nothing is done to fix the problems.
The Star Alliance lounge is much better and they should just close the Prima Vista lounge down again.
