Dopo ben oltre 24h mi viene comunicato tramite email che in realtà il prodotto non era disponibile. Nemmeno una parola di scusa, come se fosse normale dichiarare disponibile su un sito di vendita online un prodotto che in realtà non lo è, per farmi così pagare inutilmente e inoltre farmi perdere tempo. Ho dovuto attendere una settimana per il rimborso. Ho chiamato diverse volte ma solo dopo dopo diversi tentativi mi hanno risposto e il giorno dopo fatto il rimborso. Mai più acquisterò su questo sito.
Purchased a product that I urgently needed that was declared available at the time of the order. After well over 24h I am informed by email that the product was not actually available. Not even a word of apology, as if it were normal to declare available on an online sales site a product that in reality is not, to make me pay unnecessarily and also waste my time. I had to wait a week for the refund. I called several times but only after several attempts did they answer me and the next day made the refund. I will never buy on this site again.
