★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che NON sa svolgere il proprio mestiere...ieri sono stata lì per una semplice piega insieme a mia figlia...a me i capelli sono durati meno di un'ora e a mia figlia ancor meno.. dopo neanche un'ora i miei capelli erano più orrendi di quanto lo fossero prima e il giorno dopo già sporchi come se non avessi fatto lo shampoo da una settimana...E poi prendono più degli altri parrucchieri...E se vuoi il balsamo lo paghi pure!! Da altri parrucchieri il balsamo è incluso nel prezzo dello shampoo!! NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO!!!
 Staff who can NOT do their job ... yesterday I was there for a simple fold with my daughter ... my hair lasted less than an hour and my daughter even less ... after less than an hour my hair was more horrible than it was before and the next day already dirty as if I hadn't shampooed for a week ... And then they take more than the other hairdressers ... And if you want the balm you pay for it too! From other hairdressers the conditioner is included in the shampoo price !! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meriterebbero meno di zero. Sono entrata con capelli chiari e volevo schiarirli un po' ma dopo essere diventata biondo con sfumature arancio siamo passati al grigio e in fine castano ramato ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scorretti entri per un prezzo e poi cambiato al pagamento. Se la piega costa 13 non potete obbligare il cliente a scegliere tra crema e fiala senza sapere i costi perché non avete il balsamo e poi far pagare 28 .ma stiamo scherzando? Non tornerò mai più!
Incorrect enters for a price and then changes to payment. If the fold costs 13 you can't force the customer to choose between cream and vial without knowing the costs because you don't have the balm and then charge 28. But are we kidding? I will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco corretto con il cliente,il quale non viene messo al corrente sulla maggiorazione del prezzo in caso di determinati trattamenti.
Quando infine bisogna pagare il prezzo non è mai quello da listino.
Mi sono permessa,con molta tranquillità,di esortare il personale ad informare il cliente sull'aumento del prezzo in caso di determinati prodotti e asciugature ma dalla risposta ho percepito menefreghismo totale quando invece,secondo me, su determinate cose il cliente dovrebbe avere il diritto di essere informato.
