Una garanzia, non a caso dopo 15 anni per sostituire la vecchia stufa a pellet siamo tornati da loro. Aggiornamento al 22/03/2022. Senza nulla togliere ai tecnici del montaggio ,che come già detto lavorano molto bene, serve fare un appunto all'ufficio e all'organizzazione per rispondere a eventuali chiamate per guasti. Non è possibile ,infatti,parlare direttamente con un tecnico per un risolvere un piccolo problema senza l'intervento ma si deve per forza chiamare l'ufficio (che nonostante le chiamate siano state fatte in orario d'apertura non rispondeva ne sul fisso ne sul cellulare) che con sua comodità riferisce al tecnico che, di conseguenza, interviene quando riesce. In tutta questa trafila di chiamate una persona anziana è rimasta a gennaio al freddo per mezza giornata, non avendo altro riscaldamento che la stufa. Costi della chiamata €30 tempo di intervento sulla stufa 2 minuti . Era una sciocchezza che si poteva risolvere per telefono senza inutili perdite di tempo . It is not possible, in fact, to speak directly with a technician to solve a small problem without intervention but you must necessarily call the office (which despite the calls being made during opening hours did not answer either on the fixed or on the cell phone) who conveniently reports to the technician who, consequently, intervenes when he succeeds. Throughout this string of calls, an elderly person was left in the cold for half a day in January, having no other heating than the stove. Call costs € 30 intervention time on the stove 2 minutes. It was nonsense that could be solved over the phone without wasting time. From this unprofessional point of view
