Mi complimento con lo staff ed in particolare modo con il Sig. Mario che mi ha aiutato nel mio acquisto post-vendita. Scrivo da Verona ed ho acquisto dei capi on-line, ma uno di questi non era della mia misura. Successivamente ho contattato la ditta F.lli Mele e il sig. Mario mi ha rassicurato e rinviato il materiale corretto senza battere ciglio. I ordered in GPS MELE March 27, 2018 jacket GIARBINO LARISA Geo Spirit order № 1113. Bought with a good discount. The Manager Rosario Piesco took the order, I paid. It was a birthday present for me in may from my son. The parcel arrived in Russia in my post office. View the package was very dented, and the whole package was wrapped in duct tape Post of Russian. We can see the parcel, if only you received the parcel and signed for it (this is the Post of Russian -our nightmare!). When I brought the package home I was in for another surprise – the whole jacket was wet and stink. A tape of the Russian post was zaklejki all holes on the box as it turned out - good work Mail of Russia... If I saw these holes in the mail and the smell – I would not get the parcel. Just dented me not so excited, because inside was a soft thing and I felt that it is impossible to spoil even our Mail. But I am deeply mistaken – our Mail can ruin EVERYTHING! I photographed everything and sent the Manager GPS MELE Rosario Piesco . The expensive thing was ruined. GPS MELE started their work with their mail. In front of me personally apologized Prospero Mele , who heads the GPS MELE, Manager of GPS MELE Rosario Piesco. They promised to solve the problem. As a result, the company GPS MELE paid for all the costs of the jacket I wanted to send the jacket back, but they generously left it to me. I'll try the dry cleaners, but I don't think they'll restore it. I want to thank personally Prospero Mele, who heads GPS MELE, personally the Manager of GPS MELE Rosario Piesco FOR their professionalism in customer service and solving this situation. I am ashamed of our Post of Russian . GPS MELE company is the most honest and decent company I have encountered in recent years among online stores. I advise everyone to shop here.
