★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una brutta esperienza. Avevo appuntamento da loro alle 17. Alle 16.55 mi chiamano e mi chiedono se si può rimandare. Naturalmente rispondo di no, visto che sto arrivando al centro e mi innervosisco dicendo che non è il modo di fare: mi sbattono il telefono in faccia. Dopo pochi minuti arrivo e mi sento dire che rifiutano il mio groupon visto che non ho accettato di rimandare l'appuntamento. Non ho parole....
A bad experience. I had an appointment with them at 5 pm. At 4:55 pm they call me and ask me if it can be postponed. Of course I say no, since I'm getting to the center and I get nervous saying it's not the way to do it: they slam the phone in my face. After a few minutes I arrive and I am told that they are refusing my groupon since I have not accepted to postpone the appointment. I have no words....
