Qualità di stampa buona ma spesso e volentieri ritardano la produzione degli ordini.
Dovrebbero lavorare sull'assistenza clienti e sul DOPO ACQUISTO.
La nostra ultima esperienza (3 settimane di ritardo) ci ha fatto cambiare fornitore.

Good print quality but they often delay the production of orders.
They should work on customer service and AFTER PURCHASE.
Our latest experience (3 weeks late) made us switch suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio di stampa è molto buono, ma in caso di ritardo non offrono nemmeno un buono sul prossimo lavoro. Offrono un "ci scusiamo per il disagio" ma al mio cliente importerà poco delle scuse e del ritardo di Bartolini, che tra l'altro non è in grado di rintracciare il mio pacco (...)
Il servizio di consegna entro una determinata data è a pagamento ovviamente, prima lo richiedi e più paghi. Bella l'opportunità, ma con un corriere del genere e un superficiale "ci scusiamo" non ispira affidabilità.
The printing service is very good, but if you are late they don't even offer a coupon on the next job. They offer a "sorry for the inconvenience" but my client will care little about Bartolini's apologies and delay, who among other things is unable to track my package (...)
Obviously, the delivery service by a certain date is subject to a fee, the sooner you request it, the more you pay. Nice opportunity, but with such a courier and a superficial "sorry" does not inspire reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattasi di una ditta ben organizzata che svolge il lavoro di stampa dei libri con molta cura cerando la perfezione nell'ambito dei libri da stampare. Lo staff è particolarmente competente. Per evitare che nel libro da stampare ci siano ulteriori sviste o errori, spedisce in anteprima tre copie del libro e dopo la revisione da parte del cliente, corregge e stampa. Il prezzo è davvero competitivo e accessibile. Raccomando a tutti di stampare i propri libri presso PressUp
