Personalmente ho acquistato una parete attrezzata ed ho richiesto il ricambio di un sistema di chiusura che l'azienda mi ha inviato senza costi aggiuntivi ed in un tempo brevissimo. L'armadio è da buttare eppure la stanza è ben ventilata, ad un secondo piano... L'armadio Ikea nel seminterrato ha gli stessi anni, in una stanza piena di umidità ma è rimasto uguale. I'm sorry but the experience was not positive at all. For heaven's sake, almost ten years have passed, but such a thing is not acceptable. The wardrobe is to be thrown away yet the room is well ventilated, on a second floor ... The Ikea wardrobe in the basement is the same age, in a room full of humidity but remained the same.

Vergognoso e mi dispiace dirlo perchè i mobili son belli, ma con quello che costano non ne vale certo la pena. I strongly advise against buying Presotto furniture! customer service and assistance do not exist! 2 months to wait for a response on a reset and still no one knows anything. Shameful and I'm sorry to say it because the furniture is beautiful, but with what it costs it is certainly not worth it.
