★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema al termosifone, sono stati 10 minuti a guardare senza neanche toccare il termosifone e poi se ne sono andati. Mi è arrivata oggi una fattura di € 63,18 (iva esclusa) per il tragitto (anche se avevano detto di essere nelle vicinanze) e manodopera operaio specializzato (anche se non ha letteralmente neanche toccato il termosifone). Poco onesti e poco professionali...
I had a problem with the radiator, they were 10 minutes watching without even touching the radiator and then they left. Today I received an invoice of € 63.18 (excluding VAT) for the journey (even if they said they were nearby) and skilled labor (even if they literally didn't even touch the radiator). Not very honest and unprofessional ...
