Problemi li dà purtroppo il cup on line per le prenotazioni, ma non è certo colpa del personale del presidio Very nice staff despite being often put to the test by patients. La signora alla segreteria urla i nomi dei pazienti e le prestazioni a cui devono accedere violandone la privacy. Danno informazioni a metà e quelle che danno sono anche sbagliate. Nessuno mi aveva detto che in sede non sarebbe stato possibile pagare il ticket, l’ho scoperto solo una volta tornata per ritirare delle analisi, venendo anche accusata di aver mentito (a che pro poi?) o di essermene dimenticata, quando la mancanza è stata della collega anche non mi aveva avvisata (che fra l’altro ha impiegato più di venti minuti a trovare la ricetta che avevo mandato per mail, ma si può nel 2021? Da dove la pescano ‘sta gente?). Situazione veramente imbarazzante, non si può descrivere a parole la sensazione di profondo disagio che ho provato al cospetto di queste persone. Spero che vengano sostituite al più presto con qualcuno di più competente. Metto una stella perché non posso darne zero. Presidium of incompetent, rude and know-it-all people.
