Vado al Garibaldi e all'ambulatorio mi dicono che occorre la prenotazione con il numero verde. Perchè quando rispondono non danno nome e cognome? e anche noi dovremmo registrare la conversazione perchè altrimenti i disservizi continuano e noi abbiamo torto. Stamattina è dalle 9.00 che cerco di prenotare sono al telefono dalle nove, ora sono le 10,20. Il telefono di casa si è scaricato, il cellulare ancora no. Hanno interrotto la telefonata automaticamente dopo aver fatto sentire la musica per un bel po'. Sono stati gentili e disponibili sia al ticket che nel reparto di radiografia anche telefonicamente. Ho notato che l'ospedale è molto ordinato e pulito, i bagni un pochino meno ma non è colpa del personale ma della gente che è incivile. Mia madre è giunta lì e non l'hanno voluto ricoverare né curare, l'hanno lasciata in una sedia al pronto soccorso per due giorni e due notti senza mangiare, senza farle nessuna trattamento, non le hanno fatto nessun tampone e l'hanno pure presa in giro, quando gliela chiesto, da denuncia! Approfittano della situazione Covid per non fare entrare nessun parente sano ad assistere e vedere come trattano, perché se ne fregno dei malati soprattutto se anziani e deboli, per loro non valgano niente personale senza dignità, cuore e pietà! Che schifo!!! Non si meritano nemmeno una stella ma se non la segno non posso pubblicare il commento ma di essere arrestati, per fortuna Dio vede! Gross hospital to say the least! Segnatevi questo nome e cognome e poi mi direte. Ha pure lo studio in via Milano vi immaginate un " genio" così macari avra' scritto pure un libro?
