Al momento del pagamento la commessa non riesce a vedere il residuo della gift card continuando a sostenere che non ci fossero soldi. Continuo a dire che i soldi ci sono di controllare bene ma vengo trattata in malo modo con risposte secche e scocciate che il credito è a zero. Lascio stare, lasciando i miei acquisti in negozio e il giorno dopo mi reco a Novara. Risultato??? La commessa di Vercelli ha azzerato i € 4,70 dalla vecchia gift card e ha scalato (per fortuna solo) € 0,68 dalla gift card di € 200. Non so cosa abbia fatto ma questo è il risultato! Contatterò il servizio clienti Prenatal per cercare di risolvere il problema. Di sicuro a Vercelli non ci metterò più piede. Non contesto l'errore, che può capitare a tutti, ma l'insistenza scocciata della commessa che poteva proprio evitare.

I do not contest the error, which can happen to anyone, but the annoyed insistence of the order that she could just avoid.
