Personale preparato attento e pure simpatico! Grazie Massimiliano perché, se nn fosse stato x la tua scrupolosità, a quest'ora avremmo un seggiolino non isofix!
Super satisfied! We were looking for a car seat convinced we didn't have the isofix predisposition in the car, but the salesman went out to the parking lot to show us the attacks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il compleanno del mio bimbo ho ricevuto in regalo dagli zii parecchi articoli di abbigliamento acquistati qui. L'unico articolo che dovevo cambiare era un giubbotto poiché ne avevamo già uno. Il prezzo pieno del giubbotto era circa 30 euro, pagato da mia cognata 21 euro con la Vip Card. Sono tornata a cambiare l'articolo entro i 30 giorni come da regolamento e la commessa mi ha detto che il giubbotto nel frattempo era stato scontato del 50% e poiché non avevo la Vip card potevo cambiarlo con un altro articolo del valore di 15 euro. Ma che discorsi sono?!? Ripeto, pagato 21 euro da mia cognata. Quindi 6 euro sono andati persi, su una spesa anche considerevole. Complimenti, se volevate perdere due clienti insieme ci siete riusciti.
For my baby's birthday I received several items of clothing purchased here as a gift from my uncles. The only item I had to change was a vest as we already had one. The full price of the jacket was about 30 euros, paid by my sister-in-law 21 euros with the Vip Card. 50% and since I didn't have a Vip card I could exchange it for another item worth 15 euros. But what are the speeches?!? I repeat, paid 21 euros by my sister-in-law. So 6 euros were lost, even on a considerable expense. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non proprio positiva. Entrato per un cambio articolo in quanto quello precedentemente acquistato è risultato errato nella taglia. Negozio per me nuovo in quanto il capo mi era stato regalato. Assistenza pari a zero sia per una verifica delle taglie sia per uno aiuto nella eventuale scelta ( questo è il reparto scelga lei ). Risposte sempre molto fredde anche in cassa ( giornata di primavera ma l’ umore da inverno gelido !!!)
Not a very good experience. Entered for an item change as the one previously purchased was incorrect in size. New shop for me as the garment was given to me. Assistance equal to zero both for a size check and for help in the possible choice (this is the department you choose). Always very cold answers even at the checkout (spring day but the cold winter mood !!!)
