 Rude staff. I wanted to use a regularly printed edenred welfare voucher as a digital voucher and was treated like a scammer. Sub-zero professionalism and great incompetence. I will also report everything to customer care. Don't step on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri per acquistare un regalino al mio nipotino ed ho visto una tutina molto carina con il prezzo sul cartellino di. 13 euro mi e è piaciuta e sono andata alla cassa a pagarla la commessa mi chiede se avevo la tesserina ho rrisposto di no ma se potevo avevo il nominativo di mia figlia che usualmente va a spendere lì da loro allora la signora mi dice che per ordini superiori non si può prendere la tesserina di un altra persona ma però il prezzo era cambiato non erano più 13 euro ma 20 euro e qualcosa sono rimasta malissimo perché loro dovrebberlo scriverlo che con tessera ha un prezzo e senza e un altro questa e scorrettezza e prezzo ingannevole comunque io ho già risolto il problema mi dispiace ma alla Prenatal non andrò più per una questione di principio
I went yesterday to buy a present for my grandson and I saw a very nice onesie with the price tag on. 13 euro I liked it and I went to the cashier to pay it the shop assistant asks me if I had the card I replied no but if I could I had the name of my daughter who usually goes to spend there then the lady tells me that for orders higher you cannot take another person's card but however the price had changed they were no longer 13 euros but 20 euros and something I was very bad because they should write it that with the card has a price and without and another this is incorrectness and price misleading, however, I have already solved the problem I'm sorry but I will no longer go to Prenatal as a matter of principle

Musica troppo alta che ti confonde anche durante gli acquisti, ma vabbè.
Entriamo con il mio compagno in cerca di un regalo e di qualche prodotto per la nostra bimba in arrivo, erano presenti 3 commesse ed il negozio era vuoto.
Non siamo stati per niente calcolati e nemmeno un saluto.
Andiamo alla cassa e le 3 commesse che erano lì ci guardano , continuano a parlare e dopo che hanno finito ci servono.
Insomma,poco professionale direi.

Too loud music that confuses you even when shopping, but oh well.
We enter with my partner in search of a gift and some product for our baby on arrival, there were 3 orders and the shop was empty.
We were not calculated at all and not even a greeting.
We go to the cashier and the 3 shop assistants who were there look at us, they keep talking and after they have finished they serve us.
In short, I would say unprofessional.
