★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato queste scarpe per mia figlia di 5 anni, dopo una sola volta che le ha messe si è rovinata tutta la pelle della punta, tant’è che siamo tornati in negozio dopo 2 giorni dall’acquisto e siamo stati trattati in malo modo, ci hanno liquidati e accusati dicendo che la bambina non ne avesse fatto un uso appropriato. Adesso ditemi qual è l’uso appropriato di una scarpa per bambini di 5 anni!!!!!! Neanche le scarpe prese al mercato a 20 euro si riducono in queste condizioni. Se uno spende 115 euro per una scarpa ci si aspetta una certa qualità, in questo caso inesistente e servizio clienti pessimo.
 We bought these shoes for my 5 year old daughter, after only once she put them on all the leather on the toe was ruined, so much so that we went back to the shop after 2 days from the purchase and we were treated badly, they liquidated and accused us saying that the child had not made proper use of it. Now tell me what is the appropriate use of a shoe for 5-year-olds !!!!!! Even the shoes taken at the market for 20 euros are not reduced in these conditions. If one spends 115 euros for a shoe, one expects a certain quality, in this case non-existent and bad customer service.
