★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So you pay a few euros more but you can taste the quality with every bite, from natural leven dough no raising agents, to deep red real prosciutto, own dried tomatoes, fantastic bread made with ancient seed wheat, to amazing vegetables, I watched the chef tip out portion sized dough all individually weighed, and drown it in semolina flour thus a crispy outer and aerated inner, fresh herbs and creamy burratta cheese, absolutely the best I tasted in 4 months touring Italy and Sicilly, if you want cheaper stogg go elsewhere, it's worth every cent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and cozy pizzeria with a view on the famous Ponte degli Alpini. Friendly staff who explains the choices on the menu, high quality ingredients and beverages. Prices a bit higher than average pizza, but this is not average pizza!
