Spesso ci vengo a portare fuori il cane o a fare un giro in bici. Se siete alla cascine dovete passarci a prendere il sole o semplicemente a godervi la pace e la brezza. Sempre pulito nonostante le continue attività sportive collettive. Munito di cestini e raggiungibile con qualsiasi mezzo tramite un percorso cementato. Molto visitato soprattutto da giovani, ma nonostante questo appare molto pulito e curato, con erba sempre tagliata. L'ideale per passare una bella giornata al sole in tranquillità. Per via della vasta area del parco è possibile anche svolgere attività all'aperto come calcio o pallavolo. Si consiglia di portare teli per stendersi e cibo a volontà. È munito di vari cestini che contribuiscono alla salvaguardia dell'ambiente. Consigliato anche in inverno, e le poche volte che nevica diventa un vero spettacolo molto suggestivo. Per anni anche luogo prescelto per concerti ed eventi musicali in quanto capace di accogliere migliaia di spettatori. Oggi invece molto trascurato e spesso usato con poca civiltà da persone che giocano a calcio e mangiano o ballano. Ora ormai trascurato più che altro per l'incuria delle persone che lo frequentano, lasciando rifiuti delle merende e dei padroni dei cani che vengono lasciati liberi a fare i suoi bisogni in ogni luogo. Di domenica specialmente, diventa un immenso campo da gioco, ok unica area verde capiente in città, ma chi gioca a pallone non ha il senso del rispetto verso persone più anziane che vorrebbero avere un angolo di verde e invece si vedono sfrecciare palloni pericolosi da ogni parte e il pericolo di essere presi da una pallonata è anche per i bambini. Controlli? Mai visti i vigili urbani hanno altro da fare. Quando qui di cose c'è ne sarebbero da fare tante.... You can explore, run, power walk and/or dog walk all around the park. It is great for individuals, couples, and families. The loop within the park is roughly 4 miles or 6.5 kilometers.
