★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito di articoli per uso professionale, nel mio caso ho acquistato un abbattitore di temperatura e dopo la consegna mi accorgo togliendo l'imballaggio e la relativa pellicola che presentava alcuni urti, così ho chiamato il servizio clienti e si sono attivati per risolvere al meglio il problema.
Aggiornamento: l'abbattitore danneggiato è stato sostituito, e sono finalmente soddisfatto dell'assistenza ricevuta da tutto lo staff che ha seguito il mio problema.
Shop well stocked with items for professional use, in my case I purchased a blast chiller and after delivery I notice removing the packaging and the relative film that had some bumps, so I called the customer service and they took steps to resolve the better the problem.
Update: the damaged blast chiller has been replaced, and I am finally satisfied with the assistance received from all the staff who followed my problem.

La nuova sede è un edificio su più piani, ascensori, corsie dedicate ai vari prodotti, insomma una vera e propria città per la ristorazione e l'accoglienza.
Ma si può realizzare una mega struttura del genere per poi tenerla aperta con orario ministeriale Lun-Ven h 9-17 ????????
La mattina, come molti colleghi, spesa e al locale, finito il servizio del pranzo ci si deve letteralmente scapitollare per arrivare da loro verso le 15:30/16, e alle 16:30 l'altoparlante inizia a dire ripetutamente di concludere gli acquisti che il negozio stà per chiudere......
Quando esco mentre loro stanno già chiudendo intorno tutto aperto, magazzini, negozi, cash and carry, Metro, Maiorana.... tutti tutti aperti.
D'accordo l'emergenza covid, ma allora tutti gli altri,con l'orario, come fanno???

Premetto che sono cliente già dal vecchio negozio...
Il giorno 30 giugno decido di fare un ordine per l’acquisto di magliette con stampe personalizzate, la tempistica mi dicono essere lunga (12/15gg), ma dopo tre settimane ancora nulla...decido di chiamare (praticamente 15 minuti di attesa per parlare con qualcuno) e che le t-shirt non sono ancora pronte e mi dicono sarebbero arrivate il mercoledì successivo. Mi reco in negozio quel giorno e mi dicono che purtroppo ancora non siano pronte!!! Quindi mi dicono che me le avrebbero consegnate loro il martedì successivo...ok ancora un po’ di pazienza...quindi non sono arrivate in quel giorno, ma dopo altri due giorni...
Arrivano queste tanto attese magliette e l’unica maglietta taglia xxl da uomo blu scuro (come indicato in fattura) non c’è, ma al suo posto un’altra taglia L! Strano perché il giorno dell’ordine le magliette erano state prese insieme alla commessa (almeno lei gentile e disponibile)
Scrivo la recensione perché ho fatto prima che essere risposto dal centralino al telefono e vediamo se l’amministrazione risolverà il mio forte disagio....

Solo grazie all’intervento e l’impegno dell’addetto al reparto il sig. Francesco, che come sempre è stato negli anni attento ai clienti, preparato professionalmente e davvero cortese, si è risolta brillantemente questa problematica situazione
Spero vivamente che l’amministrazione prenda spunto dall’accaduto e che in futuro abbia più riguardo e cura verso i propri clienti vecchi e nuovi

To my regret I leave this bad review
I state that I am a customer already from the old shop ...
On June 30th I decide to place an order for the purchase of t-shirts with personalized prints, the timing is long (12/15 days), but after three weeks still nothing ... I decide to call (practically 15 minutes of waiting for talk to someone) and that the t-shirts are not ready yet and they tell me they would arrive the following Wednesday. I go to the shop that day and they tell me that unfortunately they are not ready yet !!! So they tell me that they would have delivered them to me the following Tuesday ... ok, a little patience ... so they didn't arrive that day, but after another two days ...
These long-awaited t-shirts arrive and the only dark blue men's xxl t-shirt (as indicated on the invoice) is not there, but in its place another size L! Strange because on the day of the order the t-shirts were taken together with the saleswoman (at least she was kind and helpful)
I write the review because I did it before being answered by the switchboard on the phone and let's see if the administration will solve my severe discomfort ....

Only thanks to the intervention and commitment of the department clerk Mr. Francesco, who as always has been attentive to customers over the years, professionally prepared and really courteous, has brilliantly resolved this problematic situation.
I sincerely hope that the administration takes a cue from what happened and that in the future it will have more respect and care for its old and new customers
