★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il negozio davvero mal organizzato e con un'attenzione al cliente assolutamente non in linea con quelli che dovrebbero essere gli standard del brand. Assolutamente fuori luogo e maleducata quella che apparentemente sembrava essere lo store manager.
Questo genere di esperienze spinge sempre più a preferire l'acquisto online (e forse anche di altri marchi).
I found the shop to be really badly organized and with customer attention absolutely not in line with what should be the brand's standards. Absolutely out of place and rude the one who apparently seemed to be the store manager.
This kind of experience pushes more and more to prefer online shopping (and perhaps also of other brands).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Già acquistato in negozio con parziale soddisfazione (ho trovato articoli interessanti ma commesse poco cortesi).
Ancora più delusa dall'esperienza di shopping da casa con contatto tramite WhatsApp. Mi è stato chiesto a cosa fossi interessata di preciso e, una volta comunicato, l'addetta è sparita e non ho più ricevuto nessun tipo di risposta.
Uno ci prova anche ad aiutare i negozi fisici, ma noto che questi ultimi ce la mettono tutta a non farsi aiutare.
Already purchased in the store with partial satisfaction (I found interesting items but not very courteous orders).
Even more disappointed with the shopping experience from home with contact via WhatsApp. I was asked exactly what I was interested in and, once communicated, the clerk disappeared and I no longer received any type of response.
One also tries to help physical stores, but I notice that the latter try very hard not to get help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo store le commesse ti trattano peggio che al mercato del pesce. Signore, Prada é Prada, anche se in un outlet... e se ci aveste trattato con un minimo di cortesia avremmo acquistato. Una commessa appena ha intuito che gli specifici modelli ci lasciavano perplessi se ne é andata con un bel dietrofront. Un'altra chiede "avete bisogno?" e al mio "no grazie, per ora do un'occhiata" ci risponde uno stizzito "va bene allora!" facendoci un gesto con la mano del tipo "allora arrangiati". Un sorriso e l'accoglienza non sanno proprio cosa siano... Ripeto uno store PRADA
In this store the orders treat you worse than at the fish market. Sir, Prada is Prada, even if in an outlet ... and if you had treated us with a minimum of courtesy, we would have bought it. As soon as a saleswoman realized that the specific models left us perplexed, she left with a nice turnaround. Another asks "do you need?" and to my "no thanks, for now I'll have a look" an angry replies "okay then!" making a gesture with his hand like "then arrange". A smile and a welcome don't really know what they are ... I repeat a PRADA store
