f	fnatic vertex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siamo andati per prendere dei fiori per la festa della mamma,a cinque minuti dalla chiusura ci hanno giustamente affrettati a scegliere i fiori,prontamente li abbiamo scelti e ci siamo diretti alla cassa, alla domanda se avevamo bisogno di altro, abbiamo risposto che ci serviva un vasetto, che si trovava proprio di fianco alla cassa. a questa nostra richiesta c’è stato risposto che dovevamo tornare un altro giorno in tono molto scortese. in piu tornati a casa, ci siamo accorti che i fiori erano quasi tutti appassiti e mal curati. pessima esperienza. NON CONSIGLIATO. we went to pick some flowers for Mother's Day, five minutes after closing they rightly rushed us to choose the flowers, we promptly chose them and we went to the cash desk, to the question if we needed anything else, we replied that we needed it a jar, which was right next to the cash desk. to our request we were told that we had to come back another day in a very rude tone. in addition returned home, we realized that the flowers were almost all withered and badly cared for. bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bravissimi!!!! I can't find a quantity of such beautiful flowers in any other garden in Varese, fair prices, excellent quality and kind, trained and helpful staff! Very good !!!!

P	Paola Bregonzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente MOLTO maleducato, sopratutto il titolare. Ho portato un bonsai, da loro acquistato, per una consulenza e sono stata ricoperta di insulti. La pianta non è stata nemmeno considerata e dopo aver consultato un altro fiorista, che ha controllato la pianta e mi ha trattata cordialmente, ho scoperto che il mio bonsai era ricoperto di parassiti. Ho messo una stella perché è il minimo consentito dal sistema ma non si merita nemmeno quella. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI RIVOLGERSI AL VIVAIO POZZI! Really VERY rude staff, especially the owner. I brought a bonsai they bought for advice and was showered with insults. The plant was not even considered and after consulting with another florist, who checked the plant and treated me cordially, I found that my bonsai was covered with pests. I put a star because it is the minimum allowed by the system but it does not deserve that either. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND TO CONTACT THE POZZI NURSERY!
