Il personale è ben preparato e la professionalità è di casa assieme a un clima molto famigliare e collaborativo! La consiglio! It is a well organized and well equipped gym for every specific need! The courses offered are varied and are suitable for all age groups! The staff is well trained and the professionalism is at home together with a very familiar and collaborative atmosphere! Però bisogna aggiungere che la palestra si trova in un fabbricato davvero vecchio, e la zona è abbastanza buia e frequentata da personaggi poco incoraggianti (proprio a 10 Mt dalla palestra c'è un altra attività). Per questi motivi mi sarei aspettato dei prezzi più concorrenziali ma in realtà gli abbonamenti mensili (corsi) sono allineati o leggermente più alti di altri (dai 55 ai 70 euro a seconda dei corsi) Mia personale opinione. Seeing other enthusiastic feedback I went to visit this gym. What I can confirm is that the staff are friendly and helpful. But it must be added that the gym is located in a really old building, and the area is quite dark and frequented by not very encouraging characters (just 10 meters from the gym there is another activity). For these reasons I would have expected more competitive prices but in reality the monthly subscriptions (courses) are aligned or slightly higher than others (from 55 to 70 euros depending on the courses) My personal opinion.

Ho due figli che seguono le arti marziali con un maestro eccellente che punta alla preparazione dei ragazzi a tutto tondo: sia sul piano fisico che sul corretto approccio mentale. Io non vedo l'ora di tornare a fare pilates che mi stava guarendo da tutti i dolori!!! I found passion and competence. I have two children who follow martial arts with an excellent teacher who aims at the preparation of children in the round: both physically and on the correct mental approach. I can't wait to go back to pilates which was healing me from all the pain !!!
