Parlo per esperienza.
Vi spiego la mia esperienza (purtroppo breve)
Prima di entrare, a mio malgrado, in quella ditta, lavoravo in un'altra ditta dove mi avrebbero fatto l'indeterminato... Bene... Mi licenzio per andare da loro (attenzione prima di entrare glielo avevo detto chiaro e tondo che lavoravo e mi avrebbero fatto l indeterminato) ... Morale della favola.. mi sfruttano
per i classici 15 giorni di prova (SENZA PAGARMI REGOLABILMENTE) e al momento della proroga mi lasciano a casa senza motivazione!!!! Nonostante io la chiedessi almeno la motivazione!
Solo pochi giorni dopo scopro il motivo vero dal mio ex capo reparto che lavorava lì e gli ho chiesto di chiedere.. a lui sicuro avrebbero dato retta..

Mi fai licenziare per venire lì 15 giorni???????
E non paghi nemmeno?

I speak from experience.
I'll explain my experience (unfortunately short)
Before joining, in spite of myself, in that company, I worked in another company where they would have made me indeterminate ... Well ... I quit to go to them (be careful, before entering I told you clearly that I worked and they would have made me the indeterminate) ... Moral of the story .. they exploit me
for the classic 15-day trial (WITHOUT PAYING ME REGULARLY) and at the time of the extension they leave me at home without motivation !!!! Although I asked for at least the motivation!
Only a few days later I find out the real reason from my former head of department who worked there and I asked him to ask .. he sure would have listened to ..
