 Ordered merchandise on the site that gave it available but in reality it wasn't. They canceled the order and made a refund. They just waste time.

Ho chiesto chiarimenti e informazioni tramite Whatsapp ho avuto risposta nel giro di un'ora anche se era domenica. Inoltre ho avuto un problema con la guaina ordinata (che è risultata difettosa) e con molta gentilezza hanno provveduto a contattare il produttore per vedere se era possibile una sostituzione. Morale: guaina sostituita nel giro di 3 giorni. Veramente molto soddisfatta.
Professionalism, competence, courtesy and affordable prices. Online order arrived quickly. I asked for clarification and information via Whatsapp, I got an answer within an hour even though it was Sunday. Also I had a problem with the sheath ordered (which turned out to be faulty) and very kindly they contacted the manufacturer to see if a replacement was possible. Moral: sheath replaced within 3 days. Really very satisfied.
